1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through this website.

2. Seller

3. Products

All ceramics are handmade. Slight variations in colour, shape, and size are normal and not considered defects.

4. Prices

All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF).
I am not VAT registered, so VAT is not charged or shown.

5. Orders & Contract

The purchase contract becomes valid when you receive an order confirmation by email.

6. Payment

Payments can be made via the methods shown at checkout (e.g., Twint, credit card, PayPal, etc.).
All payments must be made in advance.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is available within Switzerland (or additional countries if you choose).

Orders are shipped via Swiss Post unless otherwise stated.

I package all ceramics with great care, but cannot guarantee against damage during transport.
(Optional: You may offer shipping insurance.)

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
Damaged items (reported within 7 days with photos)

Incorrect items

Returns are not accepted for:
Handmade variations

Custom or personalised orders

Damage caused by misuse or accidents

9. Liability

I am not responsible for injuries or damage caused by improper use of items (e.g., breakage, thermal shock, incorrect cleaning).

10. Ownership

Goods remain my property until fully paid.

11. Applicable Law

Swiss law applies.
